Margaret Coons, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nuts for Cheese, a 100% dairy-free, vegan cheese brand made with organic cashews, took home the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2025 Ontario Award and this year’s Innovator Award at Junior Achievement London Business Hall of Fame.

While the overall Ontario Awards winner for EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 Ontario Award were Isaac Langleben and Jacqueline Prehogan, Co-Founders of Open Farm, an innovative pet food brand delivering ethically sourced nutrition, Coons’ achievement and recognition on both platforms showcases the groundbreaking food innovation ventures coming out of the Southwestern Ontario region.
