TechAlliance supports entrepreneurs and founders from startups and scale-ups to global ventures. One of the many advisory opportunities offered is our GROW Accelerator, welcoming startups and established businesses to participate in a learning and growth experience like never before. Empowering entrepreneurs in each cohort, GROW Accelerator helps businesses take the crucial leap from startup to scale-up featuring intensive growth coaching and experiences with world-class mentors. Participants come with a growth and scale focus, leaving the GROW Accelerator program with the tools and advisory needed to increase revenue, acquire new customers, attract and retain talent, and position themselves for investment.

GROW Accelerator participants meet weekly with growth coaches and gather monthly with business leaders and successful entrepreneurs for informative conversations and a chance to share opportunities, challenges, and successes. Participants are supported by our outstanding growth coaches and expert mentors in starting, scaling, finance, legal, operations, sales, marketing, funding opportunities, intellectual property, and other specialties, accelerating the participants towards exponential growth with a founder-first attitude. This year’s Fall 2021 GROW Accelerator mentors include; Melissa Maloney, Director of Operations at Selectpath Benefits and Financial Inc., Patrick Gregory, Product Manager and Leader at Wrapbook, Alexis Conrad, Intellectual Property Officer at CIPO, Trevor Greenway, Co-Founder and CEO at interVal, Melissa McInerney, Co-Founder and CEO at Go Fog It, and Brian Cram, President at Janada Inc.

Paired with a comprehensive, teacher-driven and Ontario curriculum aligned lesson plan for different age groups, CyberLegends provides a balanced and well-informed platform to promote and ensure the safety of our kids online. With their free curriculum for educators available and the playable game around the corner, their participation in this GROW cohort will support their launch and scale.
