The merger of these two automotive technology leaders will allow AutoVerify to better achieve the goal of taking the stress out of buying and owning a vehicle for consumers. This acquisition will help solve dealer pain end-to-end by integrating AIM’s impressive inventory management and automated content solutions into the AutoVerify product offering.

Founded in 2012, AIM brings a depth of industry experience that perfectly complements the AutoVerify team. AIM has operated with a mission to simplify the marketing of new and used vehicles through automation and innovation, building a dealership inventory merchandising platform that is used by approximately 400 automotive dealers.

This acquisition comes at a time when AutoVerify is focused on helping auto dealers adjust to the post-Covid environment of remote vehicle research and sales. This acquisition will allow dealers to better display, market and merchandise vehicles right from their vehicle details pages.  By integrating the products provided by AIM into the AutoVerify Digital Retailing Suite, auto dealers will be better equipped to highlight the features that differentiate their vehicles from the vehicles sitting on competitor lots, while providing an opportunity for dealers to introduce and explain finance and insurance offerings at a time when Covid-initiated changes are creating inventory challenges and limiting showroom traffic and opportunities for face-to-face sales.
