News Release

London, ON, July 14, 2025 – TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario is thrilled to announce the launch of a reimagined GROW Accelerator designed to fuel growth for 18 early-stage startups located in London and the counties of Elgin, Huron, Lambton, Middlesex, and Oxford. Offered across different streams – Urban, Rural, and Women-led, participants will be receiving a $10,000 matching funding, connecting with business leaders and experts over the course of 6 months.

As part of TechAlliance’s broader vision to fuel Canada’s world-class innovation economy, the GROW Accelerator is designed for companies that have demonstrated product-market fit, developed an Intellectual Property strategy, landed their first customers, and generated early revenue, this accelerator helps companies build a strategic roadmap for the next phase of their business journey. Participants will be working with GROWth experts on B2B/B2C sales, marketing, finance, Intellectual Property (IP), and founder mindset.

GROW Accelerator is designed to give founders what they need – practical support, expert guidance, and now, $10,000 in matched funding to help them scale. Whether it’s building their team, refining go-to-market plans, or getting investor-ready, this is capital and coaching that meets them at a critical stage. When promising ventures grow through initiatives like this, it leads to a stronger, more connected innovation corridor across Southwestern Ontario, creating a vibrant technology community.
