The Technology Leadership Council (TLC), a TechAlliance-led initiative, is an industry-based advocacy group of leaders in London's technology community. The TLC's members volunteer their time, energy, knowledge, skills and expertise to raise the profile of the local tech sector as a growth industry contributing to London's current economy and future prosperity.

With the goal to establish London as a premier destination for tech-related talent, investment and companies, the TLC is committed to action-based plans that will achieve the group's vision for the city's tech sector to become a benchmark of success in North America.

In 2010, the TLC released a report on London's technology community, identifying the sector's key priorities and needs based on results accumulated through an online survey and focus groups. It's from these findings that the TLC developed its action plan and next steps.
