For the third year, London will feature the city-wide Biotechnology Awareness Campaign for all secondary schools within the Thames Valley District School Board and the London District Catholic School Board.

This initiative provides educators with the opportunity to invite seasoned industry experts into their classroom(s) during the week of September 21-25, 2009. This group of individuals have volunteered to share their experiences with students and inviting them into classrooms across the city will bring industry, educators and students together for a chance to learn about London's dynamic and innovative life sciences community. Speakers will provide information that will stimulate interest and encourage students to pursue studies and careers in life sciences and biotechnology.
