By accessing the TechAlliance Website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which terms and conditions may change from time to time. You agree to be bound by such changes when posted on the TechAlliance Website. The TechAlliance reserves all rights at law and equity, including the right to block your access to the TechAlliance Website from your Internet address if you violate any of the following terms.

The TechAlliance is the owner of the TechAlliance Website which is protected by copyright laws. You shall not copy, publish or distribute any aspect of the TechAlliance Website without the prior written consent of the TechAlliance.

The trademarks and logos displayed on the TechAlliance Website are the property of the TechAlliance or other third parties. You are not permitted to use these trademarks for any purpose without the prior written consent of the TechAlliance or the relevant third party, as applicable.

Links to Third Party Websites
The TechAlliance Website contains links to third party websites which the TechAlliance does not control. Accordingly, the TechAlliance is not responsible for the content of any such third party websites, which you use at your own risk.

The information posted on the TechAlliance Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, security, accuracy or non-infringement of third party rights. The TechAlliance may change the information posted on TechAlliance Website at any time, without notice. Under no circumstances shall the TechAlliance be liable for any errors or omissions in the content of the TechAlliance Website, or for any reliance placed on the information obtained through the TechAlliance Website. Privacy
Personal information may be required in connection with your application to become an TechAlliance member. If you provide the TechAlliance with such personal information, you agree that the TechAlliance may use this information and disclose it to others only for the purpose of processing your application to become an TechAlliance member. The TechAlliance will not disclose personal information to others unless the TechAlliance needs to do so to process your membership application or to respond to any request you make.

TechAlliance recognizes the importance of the privacy and protection of our member’s personal information. Distribution lists are not shared. Every transaction involving the handling of personal data (collection, use, transfer, disclosure, storage, accessing, processing, etc.) will continue to be conducted in a private manner in accordance with privacy laws.

FYI, in order to comply with the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), we need to provide you the choice to opt out of the online TechAlliance Membership Directory and/or the “Member Spotlights.” If you would like to opt out, please fax a signed letter to TechAlliance at (519) 858-5077.

Corporate Membership with TechAlliance
When you become a corporate member of the TechAlliance, you are entitled to have your company name and a company web page posted on the TechAlliance Website, together with a link to your company website, as well as posting available job opportunities with your company. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the TechAlliance for posting on the TechAlliance Website is accurate, up-to-date and complies with all applicable laws. The TechAlliance accepts no responsibility for inaccurate or unlawful information. The TechAlliance reserves the right to delete any information you provide in the event that it contains any information that violates any applicable law.
