Calibrating your Moral Compass for the 21st Century: High Level Design

Calibrating your Moral Compass for the 21st Century: High Level Design

The current business environment abounds with what could potentially be ethical and moral dilemmas. Recent events in Ontario have emphasized the need for all of us to be better able to recognize when and if we are facing a moral or ethical dilemma or whether we have an issue which is actually legal in nature. How do you know if you are facing one of these dilemmas? Who do you talk to to figure it out? What do you do if you’re working abroad and your network is asleep when you need them?
To find out the answers to these questions and to learn what other questions you should be asking, come out to the PD workshop, “Calibrating your Moral Compass for the 21st Century.” At this three-hour workshop, sponsored by CMC-Ontario, you will have the opportunity to:
•   identify commonly encountered ethical and moral dilemmas facing management consultants in Ontario and the wider community in which          we  practice;
•    learn to use a framework to map a course of action to deal with such dilemmas; and
•    engage in collegial discourse using specific examples of ethical and moral dilemmas to illustrate appropriate responses to them.

The workshop will engage and challenge you and we are confident that it will result in your renewed commitment to our high standard of professionalism. Attendees will earn 3 CPD points.
