Your experience will be close or similar to the flowing:

• Experience building applications with ASP.net, C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, XML/XSLT
• Experience building relational databases with MS SQL Server
• Ability to write and understand complex SQL scripts
• SQL Profiling Tools and Performance Tuning
• Experience with Crystal Reports or SQL Server reporting services
• Working knowledge of MS SharePoint Services
• Build and deploy web parts
• MS SharePoint Designer
• Interface experience with HTML, CSS
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
